Is it unsafe to use a whole box of Crest Whitestrips back to back over 1-3 days instead of over 2 weeks?
It says in the Crest Whitestrips instruction booklet that you can wear two strips back to back (which I'm doing right now--I'm on my second application at the moment). And it doesn't say anything about not wearing more than that back to back, or give any warnings about dangers associated with wearing more than a maximum number during one day. Based on this, as far as I can tell it seems the only potential problem caused by doing this would be possible sensitivity. Would it cause other problems?
Duh.......yes. And the instructions SHOULD tell you that using more than the recommended amount can tear your gums up BAD. They'll bleed and have sores all over them and hurt SO horribly. And it can also take ALL the enamel off of your teeth.
Just use them as directed.
