Should people use antiseptic oral rinse daily?
A lot of people use antiseptic oral rinse daily to avoid infections and 'refresh' their mouth. Do you think is this a good habit?
I use it everyday, but not as much, as I use to. I asked my dentist about it, and he said that the antiseptic mouthwash, contains alcohol, and that it can damage your teeth..He also said to check the labels, for the amount of alcohol in them..He actually said not to use mouthwash, with alcohol in it..I am going to research this further, and then I will figure out, if I am still going to use it, or not..
