Whats the diffrence betwwen 650nm LED light & 650nm LASER light an infrared lights used for skin rejuvenation?

there is all sorts of anting aging light therapy out there on the market but what is the difference betwwen 650nm LED light and 650nm LASER light? and also infrared light? and which ones have the best anti aging effects?

The difference between an led that emits 650nm light and a laser (diode most likely) that emits 650nm light is going to be how much light is emitted and how tightly packed together it is.

The laser will emit a beam that will stay roughly the same size (particularly when collimated with a special lens) for a large distance while the LED will spread out immediately.

As for which wavelength has the best anti-aging effect? None of them. I can't find any scientific evidence that they at all help stop aging.
